		<description>Dean, I&#039;ve got lots of food stored up in the pantry... and that&#039;s what I&#039;m eating for the most part. My challenge isn&#039;t to eat on just $5 per week, but rather to spend only that amount on new additions. I&#039;m doing this in part to save money, and in part to learn what&#039;s missing from my cupboard. I&#039;m also losing weight and eating better and cooking more creatively because of it. All of it is turning out to be a very positive experience though the &lt;em&gt;withdrawals&lt;/em&gt; from my regular expensive forays to the supermarket and my comfort foods, have been difficult.</description>
