		<description>Dean, I've got lots of food stored up in the pantry... and that's what I'm eating for the most part. My challenge isn't to eat on just $5 per week, but rather to spend only that amount on new additions. I'm doing this in part to save money, and in part to learn what's missing from my cupboard. I'm also losing weight and eating better and cooking more creatively because of it. All of it is turning out to be a very positive experience though the &lt;em&gt;withdrawals&lt;/em&gt; from my regular expensive forays to the supermarket and my comfort foods, have been difficult.</description>
