		<description>Sounds good but I have cooked perfect rice for decades by using a similar method you do. I add a cap full of lemon juice or vinegar then bring the rice to a rolling boil. When it reaches the boiling stage I remove it from the heat and let it sit about 12 minutes or so covered. Perfect rice.</description>
